We will take a look at the roll out plan for 2020-2025, expanding what we already do well and trying out some great new ideas!Everyone will have the opportunity to give feedback and join a team.Love to throw a good party? Wings of Hope, Women's Support Group - October 23 & November 13

Wings of Hope is awomen's support group that will be meeting once a month at EastPointe in Room 109. Ladies will be meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. and the fourth Tuesday of each month at 1 p.m. See Mindi Strong, Nikki Gregory or LuAnn Drew for more information.

Chili Chase - Saturday, October 27

Join us for the 8th Annual Chili Chase 5K/10K and fun walk on Saturday, October 27 registration beginning at 8:30 a.m.All proceeds support the EastPointe Bible Church Haiti Mission Trip Fund. EBC coordinates mission trips to Haiti in support of NehemiahVisionMinistries in Chambrun, Haiti.How can you help? Prayer Walk Ministry for Peru - 11/3/18

Mark your calendars. Prayer Walk Peru will be meeting monthly to walk the streets of Peru, praying for our community and neighbors as a part of reaching out to our community. Session meets at Brett Chamber's house at 178 E. Main St. in Peru at 10:00 a.m on November 3rd. Please contact Brett at bchamber@gmail.com if you have questions or need directions. Open Table with Childcare - Women’s Fellowship, November 7

Open Table is a women's fellowship gathering. Wemeet the first Wednesday of each month at EastPointe in Room 109 from 6 - 9 p.m.Bring yourself and something to work on, like your calendar, bills, budget, crafts, cards, sewing, anything portable. Enjoy fellowship while you work on your projects.Bring a snack to share if you want.Questions? See Sheryl Hodson, Miriam Blodgett or Kathy Brehmer. Prayer Conference - November 10

McGrawsville UMC (9377 S 300 E, Amboy, IN) will be hosting a Prayer Conference on November 10 at 9 a.m. with Dr. Terry Teykl. Since 1980 Dr. Teykl has been actively teaching, preaching and writing on one topic and that is mobilizing the local church for prayer. He firmly believes in prayer-evangelism as a working principle for true church-growth. His first book, Pray and Grow, along with is companion, Personal Prayer - Evangelism Guide, speaks about this theme.

Operation Christmas Child - Ending November 11

Operation Christmas Child What goes into a box is fun....what comes out is eternal! National Collection Week for Operation Christmas Child is November 12-19. Every gift-filled shoebox is a powerful tool for evangelism and discipleship - transforming the lives of children and their families around the world through the Good News of Jesus Christ! Shoeboxes and packing instructions are available at the Connect Center. Get the whole family involved. Kids will love to shop for other kids and it's a great opportunity to talk about gratefulness and giving. Please have your box filled according to packaging directions, your $9 donation and returned to the church any time BEFORE Sunday, November 11, 2018. Let's build some bridges together! Grief Counseling – November 11

Waves of Life is a grief counseling group designed to help people navigate their grief in a positive way.Anyone dealing with any type of grief may attend: death of a loved one, divorce, loss of a pet, life changes,or anyone at any stage in the grieving cycle. Perhaps you are someone helping a friend or loved onethrough the grieving process. You are welcome, too. We meet the 2nd Sunday of every month from 2 - 3p.m. Snacks will be provided, and free childcare will be available for children 0-12 years of age.

Mobile Check-In is ready to go! Avoid the lines at child check-in! Use the F1G mobile app to check-inwithin 5 miles of the church. You can begin checking-inon Thursday's at5:30 p.m.; on Sunday's for Nursery at 9 a.m. and for Children's Church at 10 a.m.Using this will keep the check-in line from backing up at Connect Center.
