Runners' Camp 2018
Online registration is closed, but walk up registration will open on Monday, June 11 at 8 a.m. at Bengal Memorial Stadium behind PHS. Please download this registration form or fill one out Monday morning.
What is Runners’ Camp? The Runners’ Camp is a 5-day Christian day camp, centered on the sport of track and field, open to all kids ages 5-12 years old. During the week, campers will receive instruction from qualified track and field coaches in several track and field events. Campers will be divided into groups by age and gender. Each day will include instruction and practice in the events and a devotional from the Bible. Runners’ Camp will conclude Friday morning with a track meet where the athletes will compete and showcase what they’ve learned during the week. The competition will be by gender and in the following age groups 5-6, 7-8, 9-10 & 11-12.
Who can attend Runners’ Camp? Boys and girls ages 5-12 (as of June 1, 2018).
Where is Runners’ Camp? Runners’ Camp will be held in the Bengal Memorial Stadium behind Peru High School, 401 North Broadway, Peru, IN 46970.

When is Runners’ Camp? Runners’ Camp will be Monday through Friday, June 11-15, 2018. Each day begins at 8:30 a.m. and will end at noon. The awards ceremony will be Friday, June 11 at 6:30p.m. at EastPointeBible Church, 1540 E. Paw Paw Pike, Peru. Dinner will be provided for your family and friends, bring them along to celebrate during the awards ceremony.
What does Runners’ Camp Cost? Runners’ Camp will cost $10 per child if you register before June 1. After June 1 registration is $15. Bring a new camper and each pay only $5 registration when you use the code FRIEND. Each child will receive a t-shirt.
Runners’ Camp Reminders… Your child should bring: Running Shoes, Athletic Socks, Running Shorts, extra T-Shirt, Beach Towel & a Good Attitude! Please do not bring food! We’ll provide plenty of water, sports drinks, and snacks to keep all the campers safe and happy.
